I know that seeing a new stylist can feel overwhelming and you've probably got quite a few questions. I want to give you full clarity on all things appointment related.

Where is the salon?:

I am located at 38872 Proctor Blvd Sandy Oregon 97055 . The black and white building next door to Mt Hood Cleaners.

How do I know I'll be happy with my hair:

First, please know that my #1 priority is the health of your hair. Which is why your visit will start with a full 10-15 minute consultation where we are going to cover your hair history and goals for this appointment and for future appointments. This process will insure we are on the same page and that I’m the right stylist for you.

How long will my appointment take:

Haircut 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes

All Over Color 2 hours

Full Highlight/Lowlight 3 hours to 4 hours

I can't speed up your appointment and always start and end on time. Plan to arrive on time and leaving with your healthiest hair yet.

How will I know how much this will cost?

All of my prices are listed right here on my website. There are no hidden fees. The only time your pricing would change is if you change your services during our consultation.

What if I don't like how my hair turns out?

Great news, that won’t happen.. We are going to be talking a LOT before, during and after your appointment to be sure we both feel confident with the plan and result. Strong communication skills is one of the biggest raves on my google reviews,

Where should I park:

There is a back parking lot where the outside stairs are located. If that is full there is an abundance of street parking though. I’m located on the second floor (stair access only) at the Revive Suites. The outside stairs have a sign pointing up with Hair by Michelle. You will walk to the second outside door. My salon suite will be the first one on the left and propped open for you.
