When you work with Michelle, she'll consider your hair health, budget, lifestyle, and hair goals. She'll politely let you know if your inspo pics are realistic and attainable, and then formulate a plan to upkeep and maintain your hair.

I typically rotate through partial highlights and all over color every ~3 months until I'm ready for a full highlight. This is the routine/schedule that works for me and the level of maintenance l'm willing/able to put in. I've never felt pressured into accepting service or result I didn't feel satisfied with or didn't fit my budget.

Michelle delves into both the art and science that goes into hair style. She goes to hair events, workshops, and seminars to continue her hair education and keep up with the latest techniques.

She tests and vets all products before introducing them to her clients. She likes to thoroughly understand the process and the product -which, in an ever-evolving industry, should be exactly what you should expect of a true hair professional.

Her salon is a safe, welcoming space. Michelle is sweet, real, and such a kind soul. Going to my hair appointments is like therapy for me.

And have I mentioned I love my hair? When we've experimented with color and tried something outside of my comfort zone, I've been pleased with the results. I can always trust Michelle to execute.

Sometimes I'm not sure what I want or what would suit me best, so l often defer to Michelle and we've never had a miss.

Finally, talent, skill and personality aside, Michelle is a true gem. I personally prefer to work with and invest in people who I truly respect and admire, and Michelle is one of those people.”
